About Chef Keith

Chef Keith has been cooking since he can remember. After baking his first Apple Pie at the age of 8, he was cooking for the family every now and then. He has been working in food industry for 30+ years.

 

Chef Keith is classically trained in French cuisine at Southeast Culinary Academy and went through rigorous training at the Apprenticeship program of the American Culinary Federation. Chef Keith specializes in and enjoys bringing flavors from Latin, Indian, Caribbean, Asian cuisine in his culinary explorations. Because of his training and creativity Chef Keith has also won many awards at national competitions.

Chef Keith enjoys providing food and wine combinations to make the experience authentic. As a chef who managed kitchens from resorts to restaurants and hospitals, he knows how to make the experience unique for every client’s needs. He can whip a decadent five course dinner but can also easily provide supper for someone with dietary restrictions.

Chef Keith believes that food is more than just “eating”. He believes that it’s a wholesome experience to be shared with family, friends and loved ones. He also believes that new food experiences bring the world to you and keeps you young forever. He enjoys training novice chefs both in family kitchen and in a professional one. Outside of kitchen, he is an avid scuba-diver and marine life enthusiast.
